We hope you are absolutely thrilled with your purchase from us. If there is any reason why this is not the case, you always have the option to return your order to us, provided that the items have not been used or washed and the original price tag is still attached to the item.

The return period is 14 days and the return costs are at your own expense.

As soon as we have received and approved your package, we will process the refund within 7 calendar days. It may take up to 14 working days for the amount to appear back in your account.
